Check your List of Covered Drugs (Formulary)

Your List of Covered Drugs, also known as a Formulary, is a list of the prescription drugs covered under your plan, as well as their cost tier. At MyTruAdvantage, we make it easy to check if your medication is covered by using our online Formulary search tool. Simply type in the name of your drug to make sure it is covered under your plan. You can also download a printable version of your Formulary.

• *TIP! To determine the cost of a medication, find the tier for your medication in the formulary and check the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for your plan to find the cost of that tier.

Pharmacies
Your plan give you access to a large number of network pharmacies. Use our online Pharmacy search tool or download a printable version of your Pharmacy Directory to find a pharmacy near you.

100-Day Supply
Save time by refilling the prescriptions your take regularly with up to a 100-day supply. You can even save money by paying a $0 copay, after you have met your deductible, on a 100-day supply of Tier 1, 2 and 6 drugs.
