Please contact your provider, or MyTruAdvantage Member Services Team at (844)425-4280 before you schedule an appointment or receiving services. To confirm that your provider is still participating in our network.

Referrals

MyTruAdvantage Choice (PPO) members do not need a referral to see an in-network or out-of-network specialist for covered services. MyTruAdvantage Select (HMO) members do not need a referral to see an in-network specialist for covered services, and out-of-network services are generally not covered. If you have questions on what is covered in either plan, please reference this document, or the Evidence of Coverage for your plan.

Difficulty Locating Your Provider?

If you are having trouble locating your provider. It is possible that they may not be participating in the MyTruAdvantage Network. Please contact our MyTruAdvantage Member Services team at (844)425-4280. Our team will be available and happy to assist you from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., local time, 7 days a week, except for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and all weekends and Holidays from April 1st through September 30th.
